On August 1, we had to say goodbye to our innkeepers, Ruth and Alan. Ruth and Alan started working at the Miller Tree Inn in May. They helped us in countless ways to get ready for guests again after our closure in mid-March due to the pandemic. We will be forever grateful for their help and wish them well in their next chapter.
With their leaving, we were unable to sustain serving a hot cooked breakfast to our guests in the dining room. With that in mind, we have temporarily suspended breakfast service and are featuring a “Breakfast to go” option that you may eat in your room or on the road as you head to see the next awesome sight on your vacation agenda. We have over 20 different items from which you may
choose. We send you the menu, you select what you want and how much and we place it in your room and/or refrigerator before you arrive. Items include: hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, house made pastries, a variety of juices, breakfast bars, etc. Though guests miss the beautifully prepared meals that our former cooks have made for them, they seem to appreciate that they can have breakfast anytime they want and have so many choices.
We hope that some day soon, we will be serving you in our dining room, again . In the meantime, we appreciate all for the patience we have been shown as we try to navigate the changes that we have made to our business. We appreciate your patronage.
