Christmas 2019 is almost upon us and all of us at the Miller Tree Inn would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Bill and Susan (owners/innkeepers) are off to spend the holidays in Boise this year. They are leaving the inn operations in the capable hands of Cheryl, our long time innsitter and Jackson, the new chef that has been here since April. Our regular staff of Mary, Gay and our bevy of housekeepers will be on staff making things run as smoothly as possible. We are blessed with amazing help.
We attempted something new this year. About a week ago we launched a monthly newsletter. Each month we hope to feature a special, discount or package as well as a recipe and either an event or something new that is happening at the inn. For our trial period, we have limited the number of recipients, but hope to expand that in the coming months.
In January, we look forward to having some new flooring installed in our two main floor common areas and some new
room darkening shades in a couple of rooms.
Also in January, the Garden Club is hosting its annual tea party and guest speaker on January 18. Always an interesting, educational and tasty event. Olympic National Park will again be hosting a “Free Park Admissions,” day on January 20. Two good reasons to come to Forks in January. AND if you have not enjoyed one of Jackson’s breakfasts, please join us at the Miller Tree Inn sometime in January. He is our breakfast chef on Thursday – Sunday mornings. You are in for a treat!
Again, we hope you have a very Merry Christmas and that you will make the Miller Tree Inn part of your travel plans in 2020!
