Breakfast at the Miller Tree Inn
When guests arrive in our dining area, they will find a carafe of freshly brewed coffee waiting on each table. There is also a conveniently located hot water station with all the necessary items for making tea, cocoa or hot cider. Guests will be invited to take a seat and cream or milk will be brought to their table, if needed.
The breakfast host will then direct the guests to the buffet, where each guest will be able to choose from a variety of freshly cut fruit, pastries, cereals, juices and yogurts. For lighter eaters, this may be all they need to start their day. However, there is always a cooked entrée each morning for guests wanting a warm and heartier breakfast. The cooked entrée varies daily and normally alternates between a savory egg dish one day and a sweet entrée the next day. A breakfast meat, such as bacon, link sausage, ham is offered with the entrée. On sweet dish days in our busy summer season, hard boiled eggs are offered for any guest wanting some extra protein. In our less busy times, we are often able to offer eggs cooked to order. Our host serves the entrée to the table.
Samples of our entrées include: Orange croissant French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Gingerbread Pancakes, Farmhouse Scramble, Apple Walnut Stuffed French Toast, Italian Eggs and many other selections.
